Week 1- day 1 7/16/09

ok.. it's thursday .. but i started again yesterday..

Weight: 230.8lbs
work out: 25 minutes on eliptical and upper body strength training.
Food:
Breakfast:Waffle with cinnamon and sugar
Lunch: protien bar
Dinner: grilled chicken sandwich
Snack: mozzarella sticks
64 ounces water
