So i have been horrible about logging things in
Last week i hit the gym for 1/2 hr cardio and strength training monday.wed.fri.
I did FAIRLY at the healthy foods..
I hadn't eaten a candy or had a soda.. or anything.. and tehn one day i needed to get some cash at work, so i bought a Reese with my debit card.. BAD idea. I got sugar and was then craving it incredibly bad!
and i have yet to kill the craving..
So come sunday, i am going to start fresh with killing the sugar out of my diet! I have been told do somedthing every day for 2 weeks and it will become habit and re-wire your current status..here is hoping i can do that...
