So... i went to the gym on friday..
20 minutes on the elipitcal machine, and a full set of weight training.
Kept to good food.. my whole day consisted of yogurt and fruit..
Saturday.. not so great haha..
my friend had a picnic.. so breakfast before work consisted of a sausage/egg muffin. then work til 2 and i left to go down to her place.
there was much beer and jello shots happening. I ate a little chili dip, and had a burger, and a little chip action. I did however play 3 games in a row of volleyball, then the next day i was chasing her niece around all afternoon hha..
Needless to say.. i will be spending extra time at the gym this afternoon to make up for my crazy weekend haha..
almost finished week 1!
