Week 1 day 3 7/17/09

So.. today... was not soo good haha..
There was a going away party at work for one of the Guys, and there were many goodies...
Soo..

Breakfast- 2 cups of yogurt
Lunch- Bowl of blueberries and mangos
Dinner- Sloppy Joe
Snacks.. small bag of smartfood popcorn, cucumber, and the "goodies" from the party ( piece of cake, a sugar cookie, and 4 little bite size strawberry danish things)

by the way.. WHY do they call it goodies if they are so bad for you?

At least i got a decent workout out of the deal!
20 minutes on the eliptical ( 200+cal burn, little over a mile)
total body strength training

Hopefully tomorrow i'll hit up the gym again before work
