Week 1 Day 2 7-16-09

Workout: 2 mile walk with Coral on the canal path
Breakfast:waffle with cinnomon and sugar
Lunch: half a personal pizza and a yogurt
Dinner: v8 1 cup blueberries
snack: Dibs snack pack and 1/2 cup ben and jerrys

Tonight really sucked! hence the icecream and dibs snacks!
had a huge problem/blow out at work...
